Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over R999 within South Africa. Express Shipping is charged at checkout on every order, regardless of the order value.

Shipping Options (South Africa)

You can choose your shipping method at checkout:

• Express Shipping — delivery in 1–4 business days. Charged at checkout.

• Standard Shipping — delivery in 4–6 business days. Free on orders over R999, otherwise a flat rate applies at checkout.

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Notification email with tracking details.

• You can also track your order via the Order Tracking Page on our website.

Please note: If your order ships in multiple parcels, you may receive more than one shipment notification email.

Tracking & Courier Updates

Courier updates can occasionally be delayed or inaccurate. In some cases, a parcel may be marked as “Delivered” while it is still out for delivery and may arrive within the next four working days.

• If your tracking link shows no movement or activity for more than 3 working days, please contact us at support@shapedcollection.com and we’ll be happy to investigate.

• If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please:

  • Check your delivery address and surrounding areas

  • Confirm with building management, neighbours, or security (if applicable)

If after four working days you still cannot locate your package, please contact support@shapedcollection.com for assistance.

Lost or Missing Packages

While we’re always here to help, Shaped Collection is not liable for missing or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

If you believe your parcel was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the courier, as they are best positioned to investigate delivery discrepancies.

Reshipments & Exchanges

At this time, we are not set up for reshipment orders or exchanges. If a return or refund is approved, the refunded amount can be used to place a new order.

Returns Eligibility

We want you to love your Shaped piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

• Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed.

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery, with valid proof of purchase.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners still attached.

• Items received without swing tags must be returned in their original packaging.

• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

All online orders must be returned by mail.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

To begin a return or exchange, please email support@shapedcollection.com and our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only, including prepaid credit cards.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our side.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 30-day return window, subject to stock availability.

Exchanged items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.

Important Notes

• Items returned with signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing hygiene liners/tags will be sent back to the customer.

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with this policy.
